More seasonable air about to move in

Honestly, I haven’t heard any complaints about the recent weather being too warm, but if it’s been bugging you a little, slightly cooler and less humid air is on the way. Temperatures have been running about 10 degrees above average most afternoons the past couple weeks and highs are about to drop back into the 70s for at least the next couple day. Along with a drop back to “normal” highs, dew points will be dropping back into the 40s and 50s through Thursday.

Rain chances are looking close to nil for the next couple days before a returning chance of showers and a thunderstorm or two Friday afternoon and on Saturday. Even with that chance of rain, the trend of overall dry weather is going to continue for the majority of the next 7 days, and the short-term rain deficit will continue.
