Accumulating Snow Returns This Evening

After a quiet Friday morning & afternoon, all focus remains on the evening and overnight hours for accumulating snow with the second Clipper coming through. Snow will arrive I-35 around/after 5 PM, quickly filling in there after over southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. A quick-mover, we'll look at about a 9-hour window for the snow to fly locally. Accumulating snow is over with then by daybreak Saturday, with south of a line from Albert Lea to Decorah, expect amounts generally in the trace to 2" range. North of there, 2-4". Isolated pockets may even touch 5".
