A chilly mid-March night

For the middle of March, temperatures will be on the chilly side. A clear sky and light wind moves across Minnesota and Iowa. Most still have snow on the ground and that added snow will help maximize the drop that’s expected.

Sub-zeros aren’t expected but we also won’t be too far off. Single digit lows develop by sunrise. Wind chills aren’t going to be a factor with how light the wind will be.
