RCTC Basketball pairings for NJCAA Division III Tournament set

(ABC 6 News) — The pairings for the NJCAA Division III Basketball Tournaments were released on Wednesday, with both RCTC programs entering their respective brackets.

RCTC Men’s Basketball will begin their D-III run in Herkimer, New York, as a tenth-seed against #7 Butler County out of Pennsylvania on March 15 at 3 PM. Should the Yellowjackets win, they’ll face second-seed Dallas-North Lake on March 16 at 5 PM.

RCTC Women’s Basketball will have a home-field advantage as the Women’s D-III Tournament will be held in Rochester, with the Yellowjackets slotted in as the bracket’s third-seed. The women’s team hosts the winner of #11 Onondaga/#6 Rhode Island on March 16 at 8 PM.

Riverland WBB is also in the Women’s Tournament, they’re a seventh-seed and will face #10 Dallas-Mountain View on March 16 at 4 PM. If the Blue Devils advance, they’ll play #2 Fulton-Montgomery on March 10 at 6 PM.
