Mayo Athletic Director Jeff Whitney to join MCHA Hall of Fame

(ABC 6 News) — It has been reported that Mayo High School Athletic Director Jeff Whitney is joining the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Whitney was once a player on Mayo Spartans Boys Hockey before joining the coaching staff alongside legendary coach Lorne Grosso who was inducted in 2014. Whitney as well as the rest of the 2022 Hall of Fame class will be announced this Saturday during the Minnesota Wild’s preseason finale against the Dallas Stars.
