(ABC 6 News) – Despite not publicly confirming his candidacy, a campaign bus for Minnesota Representative Dean Phillips was spotted by Amy Waller in Ohio on Oct. 24, 2023.

The DFL representative will need to file his candidacy by Friday, Oct. 27, if he has any intent to run in New Hampshire.
