Another Very Cold Start

We are starting out our Tuesday down-right cold throughout the area, with morning lows near -15°, if not colder for some! Wind chills are even colder, feeling more like 30° for many of us after factoring in that breeze out of the west. It will be another sunny day ahead of us, with highs slowly warming back on either side of 10° this afternoon. Not terribly warm, but an improvement from Monday’s high of only 1°!
