RPD: One arrested on suspicion of DUI following van, train crash

(ABC 6 News) – One person has been taken into custody following a crash between a van and a train Wednesday morning.

The Rochester Police Department said a Canadian Pacific train was heading north under 10 miles per hour around 10:45 a.m. near Soldiers Field when it collided with a van that failed to stop at the stop sign.

The driver of the van was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Police said no one was hurt in the crash.
