(ABC 6 News) – The latest information as of January 19, 2022 on coronavirus in Minnesota according to the Minnesota Department of Health.

In observance of the holiday, MDH did not update the data on its Situation Update page on Monday, January 17. Updates posted today are for data as of 4 a.m. Tuesday, January 18.

VACCINATION

Total COVID-19 vaccinations administered as of January 17 (cumulative): 9,048,375
Third doses and booster doses administered: 1,940,815

  • Total Pfizer vaccinations (cumulative): 5,410,584
  • Total Moderna vaccination (cumulative): 3,300,508
  • Johnson & Johnson: 334,935
  • Unknown/missing vaccine type: 2,348

People with completed vaccine series: 3,570,777
