Level 3 predatory offender moving to SE Rochester

(ABC 6 News) – The Rochester Police Department said a Level 3 predatory offender has been approved for release from the Minnesota Department of Corrections and will be moving to southeast Rochester.

Kevin Tyrone Williams has been approved to be released from Minnesota Department of Corrections’ custody and will move to the 2100 block of Campus Drive Southeast on February 23.

Williams engaged in two separate incidents of sexual contact against known, adult female victims. Contacts included penetration. Williams uses force, violence and threats to maintain control.

"This individual has served the sentence imposed on them by the court and is transitioning into the community. This notification is not intended to increase fear but rather raise awareness. Law enforcement believes that an informed public is a safer public."
