Iowa MBB bests Rutgers to head to Big Ten Semifinals, 84-74

(ABC 6 News) — Iowa Hawkeyes men’s basketball is moving on to the Big Ten semifinals.
Keegan Murray dropped 26 points as the fifth-seed Hawkeyes took down fourth-seed Rutgers. Murray’s teammate, Jordan Bohannon, became the third Hawkeye ever to reach 2,000 total points. Iowa will now face ninth-seed Indiana, who pulled off a major upset of top-seeded Illinois earlier on Friday.
Saturday’s game will be at noon on Saturday, the winner plays for the Big Ten Championship on Sunday.
