City Council overturns Mayor’s veto on Rochester building

(ABC 6 NEWS) – The Legends Bar and Grill building is staying intact at least for now.
On Monday night, the Rochester City Council voted 5 to 2 to override Rochester Mayor Kim Norton’s veto.
The building will stay put while a small-area plan is being developed for the city-owned property.
One city council member said holding steady does not take demolition off the table it just gives them more time.
