Stray storm possible Friday evening

A cold front will be moving through but it’s lacking some of the ingredients needed to send up a widespread line of thunderstorms. We’ll be watching the front closely for a spotty storm to get going in our area. Far from widespread a select few will pick up a downpour if one materializes. Some gusty wind is also possible with a mature thunderstorm. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing ends up developing at all.

Timing would be 6 PM to 10 PM in our area.
