(ABC 6 News) – Over the past year, Minnesota has been working on getting a new state flag and seal. But now, a rural group is pushing back on the decision.

The political organization, The Rocks and Cows of Minnesota, will gather on the state capitol steps on Tuesday, pushing to give citizens the final say on replacing or keeping the state flag.
