UPDATE: Olmsted County woman sentenced to probation in drug case

(ABC 6 News) – UPDATE: An Olmsted County woman who pleaded guilty to 5th-degree drug possession was sentenced Monday, Dec. 12 to three years of probation.

Kristy Fretty, 34, was arrested with Tylar James Miller in April 2022, after a Wykoff drug investigation allegedly led law enforcement to Miller’s apartment, where she was found with hypodermic needles, a scale, and suspected drugs in her purse.

If Fretty successfully completes her probation, her case will be dismissed.

Her sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 12, 2022.

(ABC 6 News) – An Olmsted County woman entered a petition to plead guilty to 5th-degree drug possession in Fillmore County Court Monday, Sept. 6.

Fretty was charged with controlled substance, hypodermic needle, and drug paraphernalia possession, storage of drugs in the area of a child or vulnerable adult, and 5th-degree drug possession.

Miller pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation two weeks before Fretty’s plea.
