Exploring a career in law enforcement

(ABC 6 News) – Wiith mounting challenges facing law enforcement statewide. One of the biggest struggles is recruiting students which has drastically changed in the last few years.

An annual conference in Minnesota is taking place April 21 – 24 for young men and women involved in the Explorers program. It’s a statewide conference and competition for those looking at law enforcement careers.

Betsy Singer spoke with Rochester Explorers Lead Officer Alex Kendrick and current Explorer Spencer Peterson about the program.
