(ABC 6 News) — Central Springs senior Javont Froiland saw his time with Panthers Boys Basketball come to an end on Monday, but he managed to come away with a milestone in Garner.
Froiland reached 1,000 career points in the substate playoff loss to the GHV Cardinals, the Panthers coming close at times during the game but ultimately falling 46-41.
Through 20 games this season, Froiland averaged a team-high 16.4 points and 3.5 assists per game along with 2.9 rebounds.
