Dodge County and Albert Lea Girls Hockey blow out semifinal opponents to reach Section 1A Championship
Wildcats topped Winona, 9-0, while Albert Lea throttled Waseca, 10-1.

(ABC 6 News) — Highlights of the Section 1A Girls Hockey Semifinals on Saturday, February 11. Dodge County defeated Winona and Albert Lea bested Waseca, both teams will now meet in the Section 1A Championship on February 16 in Owatonna.
Albert Lea will look to win its second-straight Section 1A title after defeating Austin in 2022 to make their first-ever trip to State. Dodge County is in its first section title game since the 2016 Section 1AA Championship, a 3-2 loss to Lakeville South.
