Two vehicles collide near Oronoco, one injured

(ABC 6 News) – Two vehicles collided at an intersection near Oronoco at around 5 p.m. on Feb. 6.

A Ford Edge travelled north past an the intersection of Highway 52 and 75 Street Northwest as a GMC Sierra travelled eastbound on 75 Street Northwest when the two vehicles collided.

According to the Department of Transportation, the 50-year-old driver of the Ford, Albert Williams of Fridley, sustained non-life threatening injuries in the collision.

The DPS report confirms that alcohol was involved.

Williams was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

The driver of the GMC, 41-year-old Timothy Rahman of Plainview, sustained no injuries.
