White requests new counsel in insurrection case

(ABC 6 News) – Victoria White, a Rochester woman facing charges stemming from the January 6th attack on the capitol is asking for a new lawyer.
It comes after White surprised prosecutors by rejecting a plea deal she was expected to accept back in February.
White is facing a long list of charges including violent entry on capitol grounds.
The judge overseeing the case has yet to sign off on her change of counsel request.
