SMART Transit makes service adjustments Friday due to winter storm

(ABC 6 News) – SMART Transit of southern Minnesota announced they are making adjustments to their bus and shuttle service on Friday due to the winter storm and hazardous driving conditions.

As of 9:30 a.m. Friday, SMART is adjusting the following services:

All services will be shut down at 5:00 p.m. (all buses, dispatch)
Buses will operate in town and on plowed roads ONLY (no out of town travel)
Austin to Albert Lea dialysis will operate as scheduled
SMART is closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for the Christmas holiday
