(ABC 6 News) – Recently, area small businesses have been closing their doors, unable to recover from the pandemic.

For Seto Bakery, it’s a different story.

You may recognize Chef Eman Abdul Muaty and her delicious baked goods from Thursdays Downtown or Rochester’s Night Market. Now, you’ll be able to find Seto Bakery every week at Fiddlehead Coffee Co. at Miracle Mile.

Since it began in 2020, the bakery operated entirely online, with the occasional pop-up shop or vendor stand. The new partnership between the two businesses is allowing the company to grow with a semi-permanent location.

“We really like fostering community, and as a coffee shop thats kind of built in to what we do and who we are,” says Fiddlehead General Manager Allison Roe. “Having Eman here just brings a new life, a new vibrancy.”

“It’s a dream of mine and now it’s closer to coming true,” says Muaty.

You can find Seto Bakery at Fiddlehead Coffee Co. every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
