(ABC 6 News) – A 17-year-old from Rochester was extricated from a rollover crash in Oronoco Township early Sunday.

At about 12:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, Olmsted County deputies and the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a call about a vehicle on fire on White Bridge Road near Sandy Point Court NE, with an unconscious occupant.

The MSP responded first and put out a small fuel fire in the 2007 Buick LaCrosse.

First responders extricated a 17-year-old girl from Rochester, who was unconscious, but breathing at the time of response.

The teenager was taken to St. Marys Hospital via ambulance. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office did not know her condition Monday.

According to the accident report, the teenager in the Buick was traveling westbound when she went off the roadway and struck a rock wall to the side of the road, then hit the guidewire of a nearby electrical pole.

The vehicle rolled an unknown number of times, then landed in the lane of traffic.

ABC 6 News will update this story as more information is available.
