Plainview man sentenced to 5 years probation in burglary case

(ABC 6 News) – A Plainview man received 5 years of probation Thursday, after pleading guilty to stealing firearms and electronics from his brother in Rochester.

Zachary Koetz was arrested May 17 and accused of taking three guns and an X-Box from his brother’s home in Rochester.

Koetz pleaded guilty to one charge of theft of property.

Koetz will serve 5 years of supervised probation, $590 in fees, and must complete 50 hours of community service or prosocial activities, such as attendance at AA meetings.
