Pine Island Winter Fest returns Saturday

(ABC 6 News) – If you’re looking for something to break up the doldrums of winter, head to Pine Island on Saturday to celebrate Winter Fest.
For over a decade, Pine Island has celebrated the Winter Festival on the last Saturday of January. There will be a variety of activities across the community all day long including skiing, snowboarding, skating, sledding, games, a soup and chili feed, and more.
The event is organized by the Pine Island Image Committee.
