Kasson man pleads guilty to peeping, receives more probation

(ABC 6 News) – A Kasson man previously charged with child porn possession pleaded guilty to peeping in the windows of a family residence in Dodge County Court Wednesday.

Curtis Evan Joyal, 23, was previously placed on five years of supervised probation after being charged with 10 counts of possessing child pornography at age 18.

In April of this year, he was accused of gross misdemeanor interfering with privacy–stare/peep in window, after a caller told police he was looking in the windows of a Windsor Court trailer containing a family with three small children and another on the way.

The mother in the mobile home told police she had seen Joyal peeking into her living room, bedroom, and infant son’s room in the preceding month.

Joyal pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two more years of supervised probation, electric home monitoring, and 90 hours of community service in lieu of a $900 fine.

He was also directed to avoid any contact with the residents of the mobile home on W Windsor Court.
