Hy-Vee Reusable Bag Program Selects SPARK, the Children’s Museum of Rochester, as a Beneficiary

(ABC 6 News) – SPARK, the Children’s Museum of Rochester, Inc, has been selected to benefit from the Hy-Vee Reusable Bag Program for the months of March and April.

The Hy-Vee Reusable Bag Program, which launched in October 2019, facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work.

SPARK was selected to benefit from the program for the months of March and April by store leadership at the Hy-Vee located at 500 Crossroads Drive SW, Rochester, MN. During this benefit period, SPARK will receive a $1 donation every time the $2.50 reusable Red “My Heart” Bag is purchased at this location unless otherwise directed by the customer through the Giving Tag attached to the bag.

“HyVee has been a wonderful partner of SPARK, and we are thrilled to be selected as a recipient of their Reusable Bag Program,” said Heather Nessler, Executive Director of SPARK. “Dollars raised through this program will be used to fund supplies and materials in our Imagination Station, a classroom dedicated to creativity, wonder, and exploration.”
