Celebrating Eyota Days

(ABC 6 NEWS) – The City of Eyota is coming together this week for Eyota Days.

This is the 44th year the event has been going on, and there are so many fun activities for the whole family.

On Thursday, there’s a bean bag tournament and family bingo.

Friday there are fireworks and Saturday is the grand parade.

Former Eyota Mayor Tyrel Clark says this event is truely something special.

"It’s grown to a weeklong celebration where we really celebrate everything about family and what it means to live in a small town community and to enjoy life. It’s the ability to come back together and enjoy your neighbors, your friends you havent seen in awhile, and fust have fun," Clark said.
