Staggered sentencing after police chase ends at fire scene

(ABC 6 News) – 34-year-old Samantha Ricke will serve a staggered four months for her role in a bizarre 2023 police chase.
Last February, Ricke led police on a chase that ended in the middle of an active fire scene at Japan Panda in Austin.
Ricke later plead guilty to a DWI in December 2023.
Ricke’s staggered sentence means she will spend 30 days in jail every February until 2028.
