Semi tipped over near Hayward, one injured

(ABC 6 News) – At around 11:40 p.m. on Jan. 8, a semi-truck drove up the County Road 46 ramp off of Interstate 90 before losing control and tipping over near Hayward Township, according to Minnesota State Patrol.
Ivaylo Balabanov, 28 and of Arlington Heights, Ill., sustained non-life threatening injuries.
According to Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s report, Balabanov was then transported to Mayo Clinic Health Services in Albert Lea.
DPS identifed the road conditions has snow/ice covered.
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
