Paraprofessional Recognition week

(ABC 6 News) – Governor Tim Walz proclaimed this week as para-professional recognition week in Minnesota.

The proclamation for Jan. 21 to 27 is to celebrate the more than 20,000 para-professionals in Minnesota schools and educational programs.

Walz says those workers make a difference in the lives of students everyday.
