(ABC 6 News) – A new report from the Minnesota DNR recorded December 2023 as the warmest and wettest on record in Minnesota.
It marks the first time since records started being collected in 1895 that a month has been on top of the rankings for both temperature and precipitation.
The latest data also shows that five out the last Decembers have seen above normal statewide temperature.
