Minnesota bill could provide emotional support animals

(ABC 6 News) – Representative Patricia Mueller (R-Austin) is working to provide first responders with emotional support animals.
HF 4215 would create funding for therapy dogs to help police and other emergency crews through traumatic situations.
The bill was laid over on Wednesday, but will be taken up once again on Thursday by the House Public Safety Committee.
