Paint the Town Pink bean bag tournament
Austin held their second annual bean bag tournament on Saturday as part of Paint the Town Pink.
(ABC 6 News) – Paint the Town Pink continues as Austin held their second annual bean bag tournament.
The cornhole competition, an Austin favourite, was held in the Austin Conference Center with more than 200 people in attendance.
Last year’s tournament raised around 6 to $7,000, this year’s goal being $10,000.
“We have people here from the cities; we have people from Iowa, from Wisconsin. Everybody comes together, it’s a big family; that’s the best thing you go around here, and everybody just acts as a family with each other,” said Scott Nelson, Tournament Director.

Paint the Town Pink events will continue until the end of February.
