(Minnesota Department of Transportation) -The public is invited to attend a public meeting on June 21 to provide input on the future of Highway 52 from Hader to Zumbrota.

The meeting will be held in person from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21 at the Zumbrota VFW at 25
E 1st St., Zumbrota. Community members shared their experiences on Highway 52 over the past year and the project team has created alternative designs with this feedback. Attendees will review these designs and provide input on how these alternatives meet their needs. People unable to attend the meeting will be able to review the information and provide comments through an on-line survey.

MnDOT, along with Goodhue County, is conducting a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study.
The study will examine the Highway 52 corridor between Hader and Zumbrota. The study seeks to consider the benefits and impacts of proposed transportation system improvements to the environment, communities, and economy in the Highway 52 corridor. It considers elements that improve safety, manage access, improve freight movement, address agricultural transportation needs, manage congestion into the future, and encourage economic development.

MnDOT invites and encourages participation by all. If you need an ASL, foreign language interpreter, or
other reasonable accommodation, or need documents in an alternative format (such as braille or large
print), please email your request to Janet Miller at ADArequest@state.mn.us or call 651-366-4720.
