Kasson man critically injured in Cascade

(ABC 6 News) – One man sustained life-threatening injuries after hitting a guardrail near Cascade Township on Feb. 28.

At around 11:19 a.m., 83-year-old Franklin Wendell Ness of Kasson was driving westbound on Highway 14 near Cascade when the Chevrolet Colorado lost control, going into a nearby guardrail.

Ness sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester by Mayo Ambulance.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department and Rochester Fire Department assisted at the scene.
