(ABC 6 News) – As we all brace for the first big wintry blast of the season, Olmsted County enacts some measures to keep local sidewalks and driveways clear.
The city will give away free salt and sad to people living in the county at Soldiers Field.
The mix is available 24/7, but limited to one 5-gallon bucket per person.
