BCA: Missing Apple Valley boy found safe; Amber Alert canceled

(ABC 6 News) – UPDATE (Monday 6:14 a.m.) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) canceled the Amber Alert around 4:40 a.m. after 2-year-old Shannon Yusef Ingram was found safe in North Minneapolis.

The BCA says a suspect is in custody.

(ABC 6 News) – The Apple Valley Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing 2 year old child, Shannon Yusuf Ingram, who goes by Yusuf.

He was believed to have been taken by a non-custodial father, Shannon Dawayne Ingram.

Yusuf was last seen wearing a blue Baby Shark hoodie, gray jeans, and blue slip on shoes. The vehicle associated with this incident was located in the 100 block of Ruth Street North.
