(ABC 6 News) – The first phase of upgrades at Albert Lea’s wastewater treatment plant are getting ready to start up.
A $5 million contract will the current equipment used to remove grit from waste water replaced, a million less than the city first estimated.
Construction will continue until Spring 2026.
