We are finally saying good-bye to the significant snow storm that has brought heavy snow & travel difficulties to the area over the past three days. Look for the snow to be on the way out as we move into the mid-day & early afternoon on Thursday. The heaviest is over by sunrise, with a few lingering, light snow showers (especially north of I-90) prior to the mid-day. A new 1-2″ will be possible north of I-90, with a new dusting across northern Iowa. Travel will remain a bit difficult at times early Thursday, with conditions improving throughout the day, as the snow wraps up.
