Rainy Friday, Especially in Minnesota

It may be Friday, but most would likely prefer the weather we experienced the past few days. We have rain in the forecast on and off all day Friday, but the best chance will be from noon onwards. Along and north of Highway-14 will be the area to watch for the heaviest rain on Friday. Highs are expected to be in the upper-60s and low-70s.
