I don’t know what February showers bring but you can be sure that more snow will follow. Rain is on the way for Tuesday. From late morning to after midnight, we’ll see the rain fall. The majority of it will fall from onset to early evening. After, it’s more sporadic and light as we enter the dry slot of the storm system. 1/2″ of rain is expected.
Temps will make the low 40s. There is no threat for freezing rain.
At the tail end, temperatures will begin to fall and a brief pop of snow is possible. The duration is brief and impacts aren’t expected.
Wind will be gusty through the entire duration. Gusts reach 35 mph, initially from the south. Direction will change into Tuesday night as the cooler air arrives.
