Cool week ahead but temperatures remain above average

Temperatures are expected to remain cool, but still well above average, as we head into next week.

The week will start with sunshine and highs near 40° on Monday which will be the warmest day of the next ten. Temperatures will fall back into generally the mid-to-upper 30s through Thursday.

There are signs of some colder air arriving by the end of next week heading into the weekend with high temperatures stuck in the upper 20s and night lows in the mid-to-upper teens which is a bit closer to average.

The week overall looks to remain fairly quiet, however a few clipper systems may bring some light snow to the area late in the week, however there are still several uncertainties regarding the track and timing of each. Expect details to be ironed out as it gets closer.
