Woman arrested, accused of DWI in stolen vehicle

(ABC 6 News) – A 31-year-old woman from Saint Charles was arrested after police received a driving complaint and found she was driving a stolen car.

The Rochester Police Department received the driving complaint Friday around 6:30 p.m. The caller said the driver was all over the road and had just pulled into a Burger King parking lot.

An officer arrived and said the woman appeared to be passed out with the car still running. The officer ran the license plate and learned the car had been reported stolen out of Prior Lake.

The driver, 31-year-old Kirsten Hart was arrested. Hart made her first apperance in Olmsted County District Court Monday, where she was charged with receiving stolen property, DWI and driving after license cancelation.

Her next court apperance is scheduled for the 6th.
