Wintry conditions a factor in Interstate 90 crash Friday morning

(ABC 6 News) – One person was injured when a truck lost control crashing into another vehicle on Interstate 90 Friday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened just after 10:30 a.m. near mile marker 228.

Angel Najera, 54 of Los Angeles, California, was driving west in I-90 when he lost control, went through the median, colliding with a car by Alexander Ron Otto, 21 of Maple Lake.

The State Patrol said Otto suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Marys Hospital for treatment. Najera was not injured.
