Welcome Center and Parenting Resource Center merging

(ABC 6 NEWS) – Two organizations that serve people in Austin are coming together as one.
The Welcome Center in Austin has been around for more than 20 years, and it helps provide resources to people who are new to town, including refugees.
It is now merging with Austin’s Parenting Resource Center.
That center helps families in the community with everything from getting the supplies they need to early childhood learning initiatives.
The merger will become official early next year.
