(ABC 6 News) – Emergency shortages in a couple of areas have the Red Cross sending out urgent appeals nationwide and right here in Minnesota.
Melanie Tschida, Executive director of the American Red Cross SEMN region went in-depth on the need for blood, platelet donations and the need for volunteers during an active disaster season.
