(ABC 6 News) – There are still many who remain hesitant to get a vaccine. Dr. Francis Collins, former director of the National Institutes of Health and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient went in-depth on religious exemptions with opting out of the vaccine, and the conflict it could have on those who are strong believers in the faith.
Dr. Collins has served under President Obama and President Trump’s administration. He is currently serving under the Biden administration.
