Tornadoes, damage reported in northern Iowa

(ABC 6 News) – There were at least two confirmed tornadoes across Cerro Gordo and Floyd counties in northern Iowa Friday evening.
At approximately 5:08 p.m. a storm spotter reported a tornado 6 miles south of Clear Lake.
There were several warnings and watches throughout region that extended late into the evening..
Marble Rock fire department reports significant damage just south of Marble Rock stretching to the east northeast.
Two farmhouses were damaged, LP tanks leaking there and other places, lots of trees down, power lines down in the area.
Other outbuildings damaged and/or destroyed.in the Marble Rock area. Charles City Fire Chief said power lines were down about 5 miles southeast of Charles City.
Alliant Energy reported multiple power outages in North Iowa.
Damage surveys are planned to determine exactly how many occurred and their strength.
