Theft from vehicles add up to almost a $7K loss

(ABC 6 News) – The Olmsted County Sheriff’s office is reminding those working in the field to keep an eye on their vehicles following thefts from rural Eyota on Monday.
The thefts, from two Ag Reliant Genetics pickup trucks, happened while workers were in the field in the 12,000 block of County Rd. 9 East.
The sheriff’s office says electronics, tools, phones and specialized equipment were taken.
The loss is almost $7,000 dollars, according to the sheriff’s office.
OCSO reported there were no other similar thefts in the area on Monday.
The sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate.
